The Pennsylvania Council on the Arts offers eGRANT, an electronic application process, for online completion of funding program applications, grant award agreements, and final reports. Developed jointly by the PCA and Carnegie Mellon University, Center for Arts Management and Technology, eGRANT is a web-based system that allows applicants to complete forms and save data online. | Link to the PCA's eGRANT website. Click here to visit the site, read news about available and open applications, register your organization, or view and work on electronic applications, grant award agreements, or final reports. | | Registration | Applicants/grantees who wish to use the eGRANT system must establish an account (login name and password) which is used to access current and previously submitted eGRANT forms. Organizations who have a history of PCA funding may already have a registration. | | Getting Started in eGRANT | Instructions for confirming eGRANT registration, creating a new account, beginning a new application, viewing past submissions, and printing from eGRANT. | | eGRANT FAQs | Frequently Asked Questions about the eGRANT system, the application process using eGRANT, and general technical support. | | eGRANT Availability | A table listing the PCA funding programs and their availability in eGRANT for stages of the funding process, from application to final report. At present, not all programs are available in eGRANT. |
