ALERT: FY 2008-2009 grantees will be required to submit an Interim application for FY 2009-2010. The Local Government Division deadline has yet to be determined for FY2009-2010. Grantees will be notified as soon as information is available. The Local Government Division will not be accepting any new applications for FY 2009-2010.

Description Open to all local governments (including Centers of Governments) in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Applicants must be able to match PCA on a dollar-for-dollar basis before an award will be made. Local governments may apply in the following categories listed below. If you are uncertain which category you should be in, please contact the PCA.  Activity Period: January 1 - December 31. All funded activities must take place during this time period. Pass Through: funds to a non-profit local arts agency for programs, projects, administration, and regrant programs, which are administered by the local arts agency.
